TOG rating (Thermal Overall Grade) is a measure of warmth for baby sleeping bags. It indicates the level of thermal insulation the sleeping bag provides. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the sleeping bag.

For Grow Kindly baby sleeping bags, TOG ratings range from around 0.5 TOG for lightweight, summer-weight bags to 3.5 TOG for heavier, winter-weight bags (only available as a Sleeping Bag, not a Swaddle Sleeping Bag). The appropriate TOG rating depends on factors like room temperature and whether your baby tends to run hot or cold during sleep.
